Obtaining a State Apostille from Maryland
Maryland Secretary of State
In-Person
- Visit the Maryland Office of the Secretary of State:
- Address: 16 Francis St, Annapolis, MD 21401
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm
